        Not all real estate agents are Realtors.  A Realtor is a member of regional and national associations of professional real estate sales people. Membership in these organizations help sell your home by providing a national network of real estate professionals who will cooperate to sell your home.  Only real estate agents and brokers who a members can be called Realtors.   The initials MLS stand for Multiple Listing Service.  Listing with Talley Classic Properties, LLC means your property will be on the website subscribed to by all Realtors  in your area, the state of Missouri and the nation.  Anyone interested in purchasing a home like yours can go to www.realtor.com , type in your city and state and find your home.  Other Realtors use this website as well as the regional website to locate homes for their buyers.

    The Realtor and MLS advantage is obvious, more people working to sell your home will provide more exposure to buyers than just the local newspapers' real estate sections.
